Biggest Managent Problem
At the moment my biggest management problem is with my language professor. I can describe it as a boss that puts too much of a work load on an employee to the point that the tasks cannot be completed. The workload in the class is easily double that of my other courses; this leads me into a problem because I i have four other courses I have to manage besides my language course. There has been attempts by myself and other students to bring up this problem yet the professor thinks that it is lack of motivation on our part when in reality it is negligence on theirs for not understanding the situation college students are in.

I can understand you because I've been in your shoes. Some classes and much more difficult than others and professors are more demanding. I don't believe that it is in your power to change the professors attitude. I would suggest you to try to do your best and not feel so stressed about this class. I understand that the professor cannot fail the whole class. So, if he or she gives too much load and sees that the group cannot manage the assignments, the professor gives less workload... or maybe it's better to drop the class because it seams that you are taking too many classes.
ReplyDeleteI totally understand your problem. Usually language classes require a lot of time, especially when it comes to writing essays. Next time try to check a professor on Rate My Professor, in most cases the reviews are very helpful and you know what to expect. Good luck!
